Limited Hardware Warranty

Subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Website, and further subject to the terms and conditions below, all Cielo hardware comes with a limited, non-transferrable, ninety (90) day warranty , effective from the date of purchase, installation, or first use, whichever occurs first. 

. Customers seeking to exercise their rights under this Limited Warranty must comply with the RMA Process.

All wholesalers and resellers must contact their sales representative for available warranties and are excluded from this Limited Warranty. While Cielo always works to provide the highest quality of new and used equipment, our Limited Warranty allows you plenty of time to put the hardware into service.

We reserve the right to grant, on a case-by-case basis, written extensions of the warranty for certain types of gear. Please consult with your sales representative for a possible warranty extension.

Cielo does not guarantee or honor the manufacturer’s warranty. Cielo may or may not have affiliation with the manufacturer or distributor of equipment (OEM), and use of the names is not intended to indicate an affiliation with or approval by the OEM. We are an independent company, and we provide our Customers with a wide range of options for brands on the market. This means our Customers benefit from minimal lead times and competitive pricing.

This Limited Hardware Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Software or data
• Products for which Cielo has not received payment
• Problems resulting from external causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or issues with electrical power
• Abuse of any product
• Any attempt to repair, modify, or alter the product
• Usage not in accordance with product instructions
• Failure to follow product instructions or perform preventive maintenance
• Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Cielo
• Products with missing or altered serial numbers or product identification data

Warranty Limitations
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OF MISSOURI. CIELO'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO THIS WARRANTY AND IS FURTHER LIMITED BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN TIME TO THE TERM OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD AS REFLECTED ON YOUR PACKING SLIP OR INVOICE. NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
